The basics of using CoachWith and getting around the platform

I want to delete or cancel my account

Both as a coach and client, you can delete your account on CoachWith. We comply with the leading data processing rules and will first remove your personal data from our system, then remove you account data latest after 90 days.

To remove your account as a client, deactivate it in your settings.

To remove your account as a coach, resign in your settings.

I can't log in, what now?

Are you selecting the right account type?

Coachwthin differentiates between coach and client accounts. Be sure to select the correct one when logging in. The same e-mail may belong to a coach and client account, in which case this becomes even more crucial.

Coaches cannot log in with Facebook or Google Sign-in!

Using Facebook or Google Sign-in?

If you signed up with your business e-mail, it's not automatically connected with your Facebook or Google Sign-in and vice versa. If your Facebook/Google Sign-in doesn't work, you might be running on another email altogether!
